John Peter Ziebron

John Peter Ziebron, a cherished resident of Attica, MI, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025, at the age of 76. Born in Detroit, Michigan, on November 1st, 1948, John lived a life full of love, passion, and dedication. John was the devoted son of the late Joseph Frank Ziebron and Helen Bridget Ziebron. He is survived by his beloved brother, Anthony Ziebron, who resides in Washington, MI. John's parents preceded him in death, but the values and love they instilled in him continued to guide him throughout his life. Through his formative years, John received his education at St. Catherine Catholic School in Detroit, a foundation that would lead him to pursue a specialized education at RETS Electronics School, also in Detroit. His passion for electronics led to a fulfilling 37-year career as an Electronic Engineer with General Dynamics in Sterling Heights, Michigan. John's expertise and dedication to his work left a lasting impression on his colleagues and the industry. Beyond his professional accomplishments, John was well known for his spirited enthusiasm for drag racing in his younger years. His adventurous spirit extended to his love of boating, where he found joy on the open waters. Known for his generous heart, John willingly gave his time to help others, offering assistance wherever he could. In his leisure, he was a skilled craftsman; woodworking was his passion, though he also enjoyed creating with metal, constructing pieces that reflected his creativity and meticulous nature. John was a man of deep faith. A Funeral Mass in his memory will be held there on Tuesday, June 17th, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, where friends and family will gather to honor and celebrate his life. Before the Funeral Mass, visitation will take place at Wasik Funeral Home in Shelby Township, MI, on Monday, June 16th, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects and remember the vibrant life John led. John left an indelible mark on the lives he touched, and his generous spirit, love of life, and resilience will be dearly missed by all who knew him. His memory will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing him and he will be lovingly remembered for his kind heart and steadfast spirit. Donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Arrangements have been entrusted to Wasik Funeral Home-Shelby Township.
