He passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, camaraderie, and cherished memories. Tony was the kind of person who made everyone feel welcome. His easy-going nature and thoughtful demeanor endeared him to all who had the privilege of knowing him. Whether it was a casual conversation or a moment of support, Tony always took the time to lend a listening ear and offer wise counsel. He had a unique ability to brighten the lives of those around him, and his generosity of spirit left a lasting impact on friends and family alike. An avid sports enthusiast, Tony had a passion for competition that permeated every aspect of his life. He found joy in playing and watching various sports, with golf and football holding a special place in his heart. Whether he was on the course or cheering from the sidelines his enthusiasm was infectious. Tony’s competitive edge was always accompanied by good sportsmanship; he celebrated victories with humility and faced defeats gracefully. Professionally, Tony began his career as an X-ray technician where he quickly established himself as a dedicated and skilled member of the medical community. His commitment to patient care and exceptional work ethic led him to ascend to the position of supervisor at McKesson Pharmaceutical Corporation. Throughout his career, he inspired those around him with his determination and passion for helping others, leaving a profound mark on his colleagues and the countless patients whose lives he touched. Above all, Tony cherished his family. As a devoted husband, father, and grandfather he found immense joy in spending time with his loved ones. Family gatherings were filled with laughter, stories, and the kind of warmth that only Tony could foster. He took pride in being a role model, teaching the values of kindness integrity, and resilience to the next generations. Tony’s love extended beyond his immediate family. As a brother and uncle, he was a steadfast supporter and a source of wisdom. His playful spirit and nurturing nature created bonds that will forever be cherished in the hearts of those who knew him. As we celebrate the life of Tony Pace, we remember not just the milestones he achieved, but the relationships he cultivated and the love he shared. His legacy will live on in the lives he touched, the memories he created, and the values he instilled in all of us. Tony is survived by his loving wife Rhonda, two daughters, Jennifer (Brandon) Smith, and Melissa (Jimmy) Turansky, and son Christopher. Cherished grandfather of Emma, Luke, Jacob, Rhys, and Ryan. Loving brother of Margaret (Danny) Worth and Donna Combs. He also leaves a host of friends who will forever treasure the moments shared with him. In honoring his memory, let us carry forward his spirit of kindness his zest for life, and his unwavering dedication to family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Tony's name reflecting his deep commitment to helping others. A celebration of his life will be held on Monday, January 6, 2025, at Wasik Funeral Home, Inc., 49150 Schoenherr Rd., Shelby Township, Michigan 48315,with a memorial service at 5:00 pm. All are invited to share stories, laughter, and love in remembrance of a truly remarkable man starting at 1:00pm. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten
